Ben’s Brickstore is a business located in Granby, Massachusetts that buys and sells all things Lego. Recently, they have opened an actual store where you can go in person and buy new and used Lego sets and pieces. They are open from 4 pm-6:30 pm on Wednesdays Thursdays and Fridays, 12 pm-5:30 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, and closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
For the Lego fans who are not familiar with Bricklink, Bricklink is like the Amazon for Lego. On the site you can buy basically any piece or set imaginable. Ben’s Brickstore used to only be a Bricklink business but now you can go in-person and shop their large variety of sets and pieces. However, Ben’s Brickstore still has their Bricklink store available so if you can’t make it in person then you can order online through their Bricklink site.
So what does Ben’s Brickstore sell? Lego of course! Anything that is cataloged on Ben’s Brickstore website is also available to purchase in store. Some examples of products that they have currently are: Lego sets (new and old), individual pieces, (new and used), and minifigures.
A relatively new feature of Ben’s Brickstore is the Pick-A-Brick table. The table is a unique feature of the store that lets customers browse a large variety of pieces that they might need for their Lego MOC’s (my own creations). You can access the table by purchasing one of three bag sizes: small, medium, and large. As the bags go up in size they get more expensive.
Once you have purchased a bag you are welcome to shuffle through the pieces on the table, pick the ones that you like or need, and put them into your bag.
Lastly, on occasion Ben’s BrickStore will hold giveaways (usually to mark a holiday or event) where they will giveaway sealed Lego products. The information on how to win the giveaways is usually posted on one of their social media pages.
